What do my skin and hair need after the baby?
Hair sheds from about month three, skin is drier and duller than you remember, and there's no time. This is four-minute care: a weekly champi, a scrub in the shower, a lotion after. Small and regular is the point.
Is this care safe while breastfeeding?
These are skin-surface products with every ingredient named on the pack - no retinoids, no hydroquinone. Keep products off the nipple area, and if you are unsure about anything, check with your doctor.
When should I call a doctor postpartum?
Heavy bleeding, fever, severe pain, or low mood that won't lift needs a doctor, not a product. For skin and hair, shedding past a year or a sore scalp is worth a look. The everyday dryness and shed are common and settle.
