Orders, shipping & returns
Is shipping really free?
Yes - free shipping, always, across India. It’s built into the price, so there’s no minimum.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is available across India.
How do returns work?
Arrived damaged, leaking or wrong? WhatsApp us a photo of what arrived and we’ll replace or refund - no questions. Opened cosmetics can’t be resold, so we can’t take back a used product; if something isn’t right, tell us anyway - we’d rather fix it than argue.
How do I track my order?
The tracking link arrives on WhatsApp and email the moment your order ships. Lost it? WhatsApp us your order number.
How long does a bottle keep?
Every product shows its manufacturing and best-before date on the label. A bottle is used up in four to six weeks of daily use, so every order ships with months of use left. If anything about the date bothers you, we’ll replace or refund, no questions.
How do the Any 3 / Any 5+ savings work?
Add any 3 loose items and 10% comes off automatically at checkout; any 5 or more and it’s 15% off the cart value. Sets carry their own saving and aren’t counted.

When should I start using belly oil?
Most moms start around week 12–16, when the skin begins to stretch - earlier is fine if it already feels dry. Patch-test behind the knee first.
Oil, lotion or balm - which one?
Oil at night, lotion by day, balm in your bag. Start with one; add the others only if you need them. You don’t need all three.
Are the ingredients listed anywhere?
Every ingredient is named on the pack and on each product page, with the INCI name. The full list is on the Ingredients A–Z.
What isn’t in the products?
No retinoids. No hydroquinone. No mineral oil. No parabens. Every ingredient named on the pack.
When should I see a doctor instead?
Severe itching, sudden swelling, bleeding, or heavy hair loss that continues past a year - those are doctor conversations, not product ones.
